Training Management
A service suited to companies and businesses large and small with trainee numbers ranging from 1 – 100. Alleviates the need to employ a full time Training Manager by allowing The Factory to provide management services on a part time basis. Services may include: training and assessment, administration and planning, in-house training plan development and personnel development programming.
Training Advisory Services
Not sure what it is you require but know that training will assist in improving your businesses bottom line. This service identifies the units of competence required to assist staff and management in productivity improvement. Training needs analysis at varying levels of complexity is used in mapping your individual requirements. Training advice is documented and a range of training providers identified. Often used as a precursor to Training Management.
Total Registered Training Organisation (RTO) Management
Suited to existing RTO’s or companies/businesses desiring to become training providers. Uses The Factory's experience as an accredited RTO to assist in training administration and gaining/maintaining Australian Qualification Training Framework compliance. A necessary step to becoming and or continuing as a successful RTO.
