Training Services will consider the existing skills and abilities already held by the trainee then develop training programs tailored to meet the individuals specific needs. This ensures all training is relevant, stimulating and meaningful.
Accredited outcomes
Training is delivered to meet the accreditation standards of the Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF). This means that the training you receive by The Factory is nationally accredited and therefore recognised by industry and registered training providers across the nation. Importantly, it allows for progress into more advanced levels of training should the need arise.
